Underground Pit Well Continuous Temperature Information System NK-OPTIS UW
Minimum required diameter 25φ! 400 points can be measured simultaneously with one 200m cable! Measurement devices and cable installation can also be done by a small number of people.
Traditionally, measuring geothermal heat involved using thermocouples or platinum resistance thermometers connected at necessary points, and if the depth was significant, cranes were typically used to lower them to the required depth. Additionally, the more measurement points there were, the thicker the cables became, which often led to very high costs for drilling the corresponding borehole diameter. However, with this product, it is possible to start measurements immediately using a portable measuring device, a laptop, and dedicated optical fiber sensors. This product is sized to be loaded onto a typical passenger vehicle, and there is no need for heavy machinery to lay cables. It can also be inserted into existing piping for heat extraction and thermal response recovery tests to measure temperature. In recent years, it has been widely used by research institutions, including universities, as well as companies that undertake thermal response testing. No complicated setup is required for the laptop, as it operates on Windows OS. Additionally, we offer optional software for gradient display at each depth and analysis programs, so please feel free to inquire. We also provide measurement services using this equipment, so do not hesitate to ask. We have other products available that can accommodate depths of up to 3000 meters.
